Our Stance on AI
When I started Purple Pandas, I thought about one question.
“What is that feeling I want others to walk away after working with us?”
Whether that be a client looking for therapy, or a therapist wanting to go over documents together, I wanted the recipient to have a very specific feeling. I wanted them to have that feeling of sipping a hot tea or hot chocolate on a cold night. The kind of night where you need to have extra blankets while you sit by a cozy fireplace and with each sip of your hot beverage your soul is soothed.
With this image in my mind, I boiled down our company to these three key values:
Supportive - we provide value to each client and operate as a team
Reliable - we offer consistent service to our clients and all our pandas know they can rely on each other
Warmth - that friendly, kind feeling you receive after each interaction with our pandas
In order to have that warmth I wanted, I knew I had to hire individuals that shared the same mindset as me. Here at Purple Pandas, we do not use AI to brainstorm, assist, generate, create for us. We provide kind-hearted, reliable support from 100% humans.
We do not use AI generated emails when responding to your clients
We do not use AI prompts or comments on our social media page
We do not use AI to come up with ideas
We do not use AI to generate videos, make presentations, etc.
We responsibly source our images or film our own photos/videos
We strive to be better each day and actively find ways to turn off AI or learn ways we can improve our anti-AI initiative
Our virtual assistants have the sensitivity and empathy to meet your clients where they are. We understand some people seeking therapy may be in vulnerable situations when asking for help and we treat everyone with dignity and respect they deserve.
